Toute modification doit \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9e avec un historique des versions.<\/li><li>Les fichiers confidentiels ne doivent pas \u00eatre emport\u00e9s hors des locaux de l\u2019entreprise sans l\u2019approbation explicite du propri\u00e9taire de l\u2019information ou de la direction.<\/li><li>Les mots de passe, identifiants et autres acc\u00e8s doivent rester secrets et ne doivent pas \u00eatre partag\u00e9s avec des personnes non autoris\u00e9es.<\/li><li>Les informations confidentielles de l\u2019entreprise ne doivent pas \u00eatre discut\u00e9es dans des lieux publics (caf\u00e9t\u00e9rias, ascenseurs, navettes d\u2019entreprise) ni partag\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux ou applications mobiles personnelles. Seul le personnel autoris\u00e9 peut publier des informations sur les comptes officiels Hatko, conform\u00e9ment aux directives <strong>approuv\u00e9es par la direction<\/strong>.<\/li><li>En cas de doute sur le <strong>niveau de confidentialit\u00e9<\/strong>, traiter l\u2019information comme hautement confidentielle et consulter le responsable concern\u00e9.<\/li><li>Les donn\u00e9es personnelles des employ\u00e9s (salaires, avantages) sont <strong>confidentielles<\/strong> et ne doivent \u00eatre divulgu\u00e9es qu\u2019aux personnes autoris\u00e9es.
