(hierna \u201cHatko\u201d) vereist van haar medewerkers, zakenpartners en alle derden waarmee zij samenwerkt dat zij zich gedragen volgens de hoogste normen van ethisch gedrag en in overeenstemming met alle toepasselijke wetten.<br>Als een leverancier, medewerker, zakenpartner of derde zich bezighoudt met onethische of illegale praktijken in het kader van zaken met Hatko, kan het contract of de zakelijke relatie worden be\u00ebindigd.<br>Deze Regels en Principes voor Eerlijk Gedrag omvatten:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Integriteit en eerlijkheid<\/li><li>Eerlijkheid in zakelijke praktijken<\/li><li>Gegevensprivacy<\/li><li>Professioneel gedrag<\/li><li>Professionele vaardigheden en toegevoegde waarde<\/li><li>Sociaal respect<\/li><li>Milieuzorg en duurzaamheid<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deze principes leiden <strong>hoe wij samen zaken doen<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Doel<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ons doel is het bewustzijn van ethische waarden te vergroten en te zorgen dat <strong>alle zakelijke praktijken<\/strong> consequent ethisch zijn. Hatko vereist van alle medewerkers, zakenpartners en andere partijen die zaken met ons doen dat zij onze ethische en organisatorische waarden naleven en deze waarden weerspiegelen in hun eigen gedrag en besluitvormingsprocessen bij het werken met Hatko.<\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Integriteit en Eerlijkheid<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Iedereen die namens Hatko handelt, moet deze Regels voor Eerlijk Gedrag en alle relevante wetten en regels kennen en volledig naleven. Ons doel is niet alleen het vermijden van financi\u00eble sancties of juridische vervolging, maar ook het <strong>beschermen van onze reputatie<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Alle medewerkers zijn verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van deze principes en van de aanvullende bedrijfsregels en procedures die via offici\u00eble communicatie beschikbaar worden gesteld.<\/li><li>Buiten de naleving van de wet verwacht Hatko van elke medewerker en derde dat zij <strong>integriteit, eerlijkheid en loyaliteit<\/strong> handhaven in alle zakelijke transacties. Integriteit moet het middelpunt van onze zakelijke praktijken blijven. Informatie aan onze stakeholders moet altijd juist en <strong>nooit misleidend<\/strong> zijn.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"2\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Eerlijkheid in Zakelijke Praktijken<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Corruptie, omkoping, witwassen, verduistering<\/strong> en andere illegale of onethische methoden van zakendoen zijn strikt verboden.<\/li><li>Het is nooit acceptabel om iets van waarde (contant geld, contante equivalenten, geschenken, liefdadigheidsbijdragen, subsidies, sponsoring, reizen, accommodatie, investeringen, gastvrijheid of iets tastbaars of ontastbaars van waarde) te geven, aanbieden of verstrekken aan een <strong>overheidsfunctionaris<\/strong> of een priv\u00e9persoon met het doel:<ul><li>Zakendoen te verkrijgen of te behouden,<\/li><li>Een zakelijk voordeel te verzekeren, of<\/li><li>Zakendoen naar een persoon te leiden.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Alle directe of indirecte betalingen, geschenken of voordelen aan priv\u00e9personen moeten <strong>redelijk en gebruikelijk<\/strong> zijn en mogen niet buitensporig zijn.<\/li><li>Als een medewerker een twijfelachtige zakelijke praktijk vermoedt, moet hij dit melden aan zijn leidinggevende of de relevante afdeling.<\/li><li>Medewerkers mogen hun gezag niet misbruiken om persoonlijke voordelen voor zichzelf of hun familieleden te verkrijgen ten koste van het bedrijf.<\/li><li>Medewerkers mogen geen persoonlijk gewin behalen\u2014direct of indirect\u2014uit de <strong>inkoop, verkoopactiviteiten of contracten<\/strong> of transacties waarbij Hatko partij is.<\/li><li>Medewerkers mogen zich niet schuldig maken aan gedrag dat in strijd is met <strong>moraal, wet of bedrijfsdiscipline<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Vervalste, onjuiste of misleidende <strong>zakelijke of commerci\u00eble documenten<\/strong> (bijv. facturen, afleveringsbonnen, retourfacturen, inkooporders) zijn onder geen enkele omstandigheid acceptabel. Facturen en andere documenten moeten nauwkeurig de geleverde goederen of diensten weergeven.<\/li><li>Alle <strong>contracten met derden<\/strong> moeten de relevante goedkeurings- en autorisatieprocessen volgen.<\/li><li>Bij <strong>export- of importactiviteiten<\/strong> moeten medewerkers voldoen aan <strong>alle internationale handelscontrolewetten<\/strong> en douaneregels, evenals aan de interne procedures van Hatko.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"3\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Gegevensprivacy<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Alle medewerkers en zakenpartners moeten de <strong>intellectuele eigendom<\/strong> en <strong>vertrouwelijke informatie<\/strong> van Hatko beschermen (bijv. handelsgeheimen, financi\u00eble resultaten, bedrijfsplannen, prijzen, klant- of leveranciersgegevens, verkoopcijfers, strategische informatie, onderzoek, processen, software of andere eigendomsinformatie).<\/li><li>Tenzij wettelijk vereist door autoriteiten of wetgeving, mag deze informatie <strong>niet<\/strong> aan derden worden bekendgemaakt.<\/li><li>Vertrouwelijke informatie mag niet op ongeoorloofde wijze worden gewijzigd, gekopieerd of vernietigd. Er moeten passende zorg-, opslag- en geheimhoudingsmaatregelen worden genomen om deze te beschermen. Wijzigingen moeten worden vastgelegd met versiegeschiedenis.<\/li><li>Vertrouwelijke bestanden mogen niet van het bedrijfsterrein worden meegenomen zonder uitdrukkelijke goedkeuring van de eigenaar van de informatie of het senior management.<\/li><li>Wachtwoorden, gebruikers-ID\u2019s en andere toegangsgegevens moeten geheim worden gehouden en niet worden gedeeld met onbevoegden.<\/li><li>Vertrouwelijke bedrijfsinformatie mag niet in openbare ruimtes (bijv. kantines, liften, bedrijfsbusjes) worden besproken of gedeeld op sociale media of persoonlijke mobiele apps. Alleen geautoriseerd personeel mag bedrijfsinformatie plaatsen op offici\u00eble Hatko-socialmediakanalen, in lijn met <strong>door het management goedgekeurde<\/strong> richtlijnen.<\/li><li>Als er twijfel bestaat over het <strong>niveau van vertrouwelijkheid<\/strong>, behandel de informatie dan als strikt vertrouwelijk en raadpleeg de relevante manager.<\/li><li>Persoonlijke gegevens van medewerkers (bijv. salarissen, voordelen) zijn <strong>vertrouwelijk<\/strong> en mogen alleen aan bevoegde personen worden bekendgemaakt. Medewerkers mogen hun persoonlijke gegevens niet aan anderen onthullen of collega\u2019s onder druk zetten dit te doen.<\/li><li>Informatie mag alleen worden bekendgemaakt als er een <strong>legitieme zakelijke noodzaak<\/strong> is en nadat het vertrouwelijkheidsniveau is beoordeeld. Extra voorzichtigheid is geboden wanneer <strong>persoonsgegevens<\/strong> betrokken zijn.<\/li><li>Als Hatko bepaalde vertrouwelijke informatie aan zakenpartners moet verstrekken (bijv. beperkte toegang tot IT-systemen), moet de zakenpartner een <strong>Geheimhoudingsovereenkomst (NDA)<\/strong> ondertekenen.<\/li><li>Hatko respecteert ook de vertrouwelijke informatie van haar zakenpartners en verwacht dat medewerkers alle niet-publieke of eigendomsgegevens die zij ontvangen beschermen.<\/li><li>Deze verplichtingen <strong>blijven van kracht<\/strong> ook als uw zakelijke relatie met Hatko eindigt.<\/li><li>Hatko voldoet aan <strong>regelgeving voor bescherming van persoonsgegevens<\/strong> (bijv. AVG, KVKK of vergelijkbare wetten) in alle relevante rechtsgebieden.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"4\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Professioneel Gedrag<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>We investeren in <strong>langdurige relaties<\/strong> met onze klanten en leveranciers. We waarderen deze samenwerkingen en streven ernaar hun verwachtingen op het hoogste niveau te vervullen, waarbij we alle afspraken nakomen.<\/li><li>We moedigen medewerkers aan om <strong>toegevoegde waarde<\/strong> te cre\u00ebren voor klanten, leveranciers en het bedrijf zelf. Dit omvat initiatief nemen, sterke relaties opbouwen, interne processen continu verbeteren en eventuele verbeterpunten aan het management rapporteren.<\/li><li><strong>Teamgeest<\/strong> is essentieel: het delen van idee\u00ebn en middelen helpt ons productiever te zijn. Hatko moedigt haar medewerkers aan om samen te werken met onze zakenpartners om de geleverde waarde te maximaliseren.<\/li><li><strong>Fraude<\/strong> of enige zakelijke criminele handeling is strikt verboden.<\/li><li>Er mag geen vervalste of misleidende informatie worden vastgelegd in <strong>boekhouding<\/strong> of financi\u00eble administratie. De financi\u00eble prestaties van het bedrijf mogen niet verkeerd worden voorgesteld. Elke verdachte boeking of vertraging moet worden gemeld aan de financi\u00eble afdeling.<\/li><li>Bedrijfsmiddelen mogen alleen voor legitieme zakelijke doeleinden en het vervullen van professionele verantwoordelijkheden worden gebruikt. Medewerkers moeten het eigendom van het bedrijf beschermen tegen verlies, schade, misbruik of diefstal.<\/li><li><strong>Leveranciers<\/strong> worden geselecteerd op basis van factoren zoals <strong>kwaliteit, prijs, betrouwbaarheid, continu\u00efteit, service en naleving<\/strong> van wetten en regels. We beoordelen ook de <strong>milieu- en duurzaamheids<\/strong>prestaties van leveranciers, zodat zij aansluiten bij de waarden en wettelijke eisen van Hatko.<\/li><li>Medewerkers mogen geen leveranciers kiezen of blijven samenwerken met leveranciers die zich bezighouden met <strong>twijfelachtige zakelijke activiteiten<\/strong> of die wetten overtreden.<\/li><li>Hatko investeert in een <strong>veilige en gezonde werkomgeving<\/strong> om het risico op ongevallen te verminderen. Medewerkers worden aangemoedigd om zorg te dragen voor hun eigen gezondheid en veiligheid en die van anderen die door hun handelen kunnen worden be\u00efnvloed.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"5\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Professionele Vaardigheden en Toegevoegde Waarde<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Het leveren van <strong>hoogwaardige diensten en toegevoegde waarde<\/strong> is onze kernverplichting en verantwoordelijkheid.<\/li><li>Ons merk en imago zijn belangrijk. Van elke medewerker wordt verwacht dat hij een <strong>positieve boodschap<\/strong> over het bedrijf uitstraalt.<\/li><li>Persoonlijke sociale mediakanalen zijn <strong>geen<\/strong> plek om vertrouwelijke of gevoelige bedrijfsinformatie te publiceren.<\/li><li>Elke Hatko-medewerker speelt een <strong>belangrijke rol<\/strong> in het succes van het bedrijf. We werven zorgvuldig om te zorgen dat elke nieuwe medewerker de <strong>vaardigheden<\/strong> bezit die nodig zijn voor zijn functie.<\/li><li>Van medewerkers wordt verwacht dat zij hun professionele expertise gebruiken om de prestaties van het bedrijf te verbeteren, innovatie te stimuleren en de reputatie van Hatko te waarborgen.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"6\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Sociaal Respect<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Hatko bevordert een <strong>cultuur van respect<\/strong> op de werkplek en gedurende het gehele dienstverband. We behandelen collega\u2019s, zakenpartners en derden met waardigheid en respect.<\/li><li><strong>Discriminatie<\/strong> op basis van ras, kleur, religie, geslacht, seksuele geaardheid, leeftijd of enige andere door de wet beschermde eigenschap wordt bij geen enkele arbeidsbeslissing getolereerd.<\/li><li><strong>Intimidatie, bedreiging of beledigend gedrag<\/strong> is strikt verboden.<\/li><li>We geloven in het bevorderen van een <strong>werkplek<\/strong> waar iedereen vrij en veilig kan bijdragen, zonder intimidatie of vooroordelen.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"7\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Milieuzorg en Duurzaamheid<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Milieubescherming<\/strong> is zowel een wettelijke verplichting als een kernwaarde van het bedrijf. We moedigen iedereen aan om proactief mogelijke milieugevaren of verbeterkansen te signaleren en te rapporteren aan het management.<\/li><li>We verwachten ook dat <strong>onze leveranciers en zakenpartners<\/strong> milieuvriendelijke praktijken naleven. Dit omvat:<ul><li>Voldoen aan alle lokale en internationale <strong>milieuwetten<\/strong> en regels,<\/li><li>Verkrijgen en behouden van <strong>milieuvergunningen<\/strong> en certificeringen waar nodig,<\/li><li>Hun ecologische voetafdruk verkleinen door <strong>duurzame productie<\/strong> methoden toe te passen, waar mogelijk gebruik te maken van <strong>hernieuwbare bronnen<\/strong> en afval verantwoord te beheren.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Medewerkers en partners worden aangemoedigd om <strong>bewustzijn te vergroten<\/strong> over milieukwesties\u2014zowel binnen als buiten het bedrijf\u2014en recycling, energiebesparing en andere duurzaamheidsinitiatieven te ondersteunen.<\/li><li>Deze verplichtingen zorgen ervoor dat de activiteiten van Hatko en die van haar leveranciers, partners en klanten <strong>respect voor het milieu<\/strong> weerspiegelen, wat bijdraagt aan het langetermijnwelzijn van onze planeet en gemeenschappen.<\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Slotbepalingen<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Deze Regels en Principes voor Eerlijk Gedrag zijn van toepassing op <strong>alle medewerkers<\/strong>, aannemers, zakenpartners, leveranciers en derden die namens Hatko handelen of in relatie tot de zaken van Hatko.<\/li><li>Elke overtreding kan leiden tot disciplinaire maatregelen, tot en met be\u00ebindiging van het dienstverband of zakelijke relaties, evenals mogelijke juridische gevolgen.<\/li><li>Bij twijfel of zorgen over de interpretatie van deze principes worden medewerkers aangemoedigd om <strong>advies in te winnen<\/strong> bij hun manager of de relevante afdeling.<\/li><li>Door deze regels na te leven, zorgen we ervoor dat <strong>Hatko Kau\u00e7uk A.\u015e.<\/strong> haar reputatie voor integriteit behoudt, haar sociale en milieuplichten respecteert en een betrouwbare, duurzame zakelijke omgeving bevordert.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Bevestiging<\/strong><br>Ik heb de bovenstaande Regels en Principes voor Eerlijk Gedrag van Hatko Kau\u00e7uk A.\u015e. gelezen en begrepen.
